On-site leadership and business improvement implementation support service
Transforming improvement from "activities imposed on us" to "activities that the site continues on its own."
We support the resolution of issues related to business improvement and on-site improvement, such as "improvement activities do not last long after they start," "improvement proposals are not implemented on-site," and "only a few individuals are advancing improvements." At Gemco, we visualize on-site operations and work with employees who actually perform the tasks to identify challenges. We design a series of activities that include cause analysis, the formulation of improvement measures, the implementation of small improvements, and effectiveness verification. Rather than ending with one-off improvements or system implementations, we build a framework that allows the site itself to discover challenges and repeatedly engage in improvement and verification. We support the creation of an organization that can continuously enhance productivity by horizontally deploying successful improvements to other departments.
